On 28th of September 2020 Yael Davids publicly defended her research concluding the first Creator Doctus (CrD) trajectory. She was awarded the first CrD degree!<\/strong><\/p>\n

The focus of Yael Davids\u2019 research\u00a0A Daily Practice<\/em>\u00a0is on somatic learning and consists of three phases. The research, supervised by the Van Abbemuseum and the Gerrit Rietveld Academie, is inspired by the work of Dr. Mosh\u00e9 Feldenkrais. Feldenkrais developed a method for people to change bodily habits from within. This method has played an important role in Davids\u2019 artistic practice in the last years.

SECOND TRAJECTORY: FEMKE HERREGRAVEN<\/p>\n

The second CrD trajectory started in January 2020 and involves a partnership between\u00a0Sandberg Instituut<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Waag<\/a>\u00a0in Amsterdam.\u00a0Femke Herregraven<\/strong>\u00a0has been selected for this pilot with her research project \u2018The Evacuated\u2019.\u00a0The trajectory will be supervised by Chris Julien on behalf of\u00a0Waag<\/a>, an institute that operates at the intersection of science, technology and the arts, and Flavia Dzodan, senior researcher and writer, on behalf of Sandberg Instituut.<\/p>\n
