Lecture

PDF

“We’re living in interesting times in Africa. The continent is facing both huge opportunities and challenges”, according to the Nigerian architect and designer Kunlé Adeyemi. After having worked for OMA for eight years he founded his own architecture office NLÉ in 2010. His philosophy is based on the belief that the cities of the developing world will generate solutions for the larger world and the challenges of the unstoppable urbanization and growing number of megacities worldwide.

Read more about Adeyemi in an interview on Pop-Up City, together with Open! mediapartner of The Knight’s Move. More info on the website of Stroom.
